Kristin Stockton

Assistant Teacher (Early Childhood)

Kristin graduated from University of Washington with a degree in anthropology and also earned a Masters in Teaching from Washington State University, Vancouver. She lives with her husband, Jerrod, and two sweet daughters, Natalie and Elizabeth. 

Kristin has 15 years of experience working in a variety of settings with children, including teaching preschool, substitute teaching and working in public schools in special education programs. She is passionate about being an integral part of little ones’ lives and guiding them through their days in a positive and gentle manner. Kristin believes that children learn best when they feel they’re a part of a supportive and caring community, and she strives to achieve this daily in the classroom.

Kristin enjoys many forms of artwork such as painting, drawing, and crafting, and she loves incorporating these into the classroom. She also enjoys reading and learning about many periods in history.
